Q: What if I do not need to LOSE Weight; is this program for me?
A: Sure! Each Tuesday Night we will experts speaking to us on how to keep our bodies fit and healthy. The Events, are great for all! Palate classes are open to you too!

Q: What if I missed the LAUNCH, can I join Project LOSE IT now?
A: Yes! We are here to help everyone no matter when you have joined us! Ask your friends to join too!

Q: I live outside the area can I still join the program?
A: Of course! We encourage everyone to be part of this program! Pledges towards 360 POUNDS we will take from everyone!

Q: What are the Sunday FAMILY WALKS all about?
A: Simple! Bring your family, and let them walk with everyone.

Q: Must I attend every Event, Community Walk, and Pilate class to be part of Project LOSE IT?
A: No. But we really advise you do. In numbers the motivation is easier!

Q: What if I am a few minutes late for a walk; Should I still show up?
A: Yes! We will leave on time. Once you know the walking route, you can catch up to us, and continue walking.

Q: How would you know if I will keep my pledge? 
A: YOU WILL KNOW. Try your best! Come to events, walk and talk with others, and you will find people to help you. We will be there to help you too!

Q: At the end of FIVE WEEKS what will happen?
A: First and foremost, we will have a Group Celebration on our Success! Then we will discuss what the next step can/should be. Best part of this is ... you have made friends to continue and YOU WILL FEEL GREAT!

Q: How do we receive Updates, and other Exciting News for Project LOSE IT?
A: You must send an e-mail to [email protected] to be placed on the exclusive Project: LOSE IT e-mailing. Every few days there will be news, updates, and reminders.
