Five Weeks of Health - to LOSE 360 Pounds
From January 7th - February 4 we will have wonderful community events to help you stay healthy, fit, and lose collectively 360 Pounds. The Launch will begin at the Luxe Hotel on Sunset Blvd in Bel Air on Tuesday Night January 7, 2014.

Jennifer Zerling (JZ) and I have teamed up and put together a wonderful program to help you reach your personal goals for losing weight, staying fit, and eating healthy!
To Join our Program you must fill out the following forms and bring them to us on your next walk, Pilate/Stretching Class, or Tuesday night Event.
